BlueWhale – Marine Trophic Collapse Early Warning System
An AI-powered marine ecosystem monitoring platform developed for BGSCET 2025 Hackathon to predict and prevent trophic collapse along Karnataka's coastline. BlueWhale analyzes IUCN-aligned ecosystem indicators, biodiversity health, dissolved oxygen levels, sea surface temperatures, and species abundance metrics to calculate real-time regime shift probabilities. The platform features interactive coastal intelligence maps, AI-based pollution detection using satellite and image analysis, species trophic monitoring, food-web visualization, and sustainable fishing advisory systems to support proactive marine conservation and biodiversity protection.
